We are looking for a talented and experienced Editorial & Technical Writer to join our team. This role involves partnering with subject matter experts to develop content that is both technically precise and highly relevant to our internal employee and HR audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong editorial background, a knack for simplifying complex information, and a deep understanding of content strategy across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand complex concepts and translate them into clear, engaging, and accessible content.
• Write and edit a wide range of materials tailored for internal communications and HR audiences.
• Develop content for modular (headless) systems using standardized templates and frameworks.
• Ensure all content is accurate, current, and aligned with company standards and voice.
• Adapt tone and style to suit various platforms, audiences, and communication goals.
• Participate in content reviews and incorporate feedback with precision and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
• 4–6+ years of experience in technical writing and editorial roles.
• Demonstrated ability to distill complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content.
• Proven success collaborating with subject matter experts across disciplines.
• Exceptional editing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with content management systems and user editing tools.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts, workflows, and products, and translate them into digestible content.
• Solid understanding of UX writing principles, content design, and SEO best practices.
Portfolio Requirement: Please include links or samples of your work that demonstrate:
• Clear and accurate documentation, guides, or articles explaining complex technical concepts.
• Strong writing and editing skills across internal communications, HR policies, or employee-facing materials.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in learning & development or HR-related topics.
• Proven ability to work effectively with international teams across time zones and cultures.
• Background in fast-paced, high-growth environments—especially within Big Tech.
Soft Skills

Education
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
