Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant & Loan Officer Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing real estate and mortgage company. This multifaceted role combines administrative support, loan processing assistance, social media marketing, and client communication. You will work closely with the executive team to streamline operations, scale the business, and deliver outstanding service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as Executive Assistant to the Broker/Owner: manage calendar, emails, tasks, and follow-ups
• Assist in loan processing and documentation as a Loan Officer Assistant
• Communicate with clients, lenders, and agents via phone and email
• Create and manage social media content and marketing campaigns
• Do Cold Calls & Send Emails for Marketing
• Write professional emails, letters, and promotional materials
• Organize and manage digital files, documents, and records using Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Sheets
• Assist in business development and scaling initiatives
• Conduct follow-ups and handle customer inquiries with professionalism
• Perform general administrative duties and support other team members as needed
Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (multilingual is a plus)
• Experience with Computers and Tech Savvy - Gmail, Google Sheets, and web-based tools etc.
• Comfortable making phone calls and handling professional communication
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Self-starter, quick learner, and able to work independently
• Interest or experience in real estate, mortgage, or financial services preferred
• Social media and basic marketing knowledge is a plus
