Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Training Consultant, where you'll play a pivotal role in advancing our vendor management system and contingent workforce program. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in learning and development to create impactful training solutions that drive organizational success. Please note additional position details below:
• This is a ongoing temporary position that is anticipated to go for 6 months.
• The position is fully remote. We will provide you with the equipment as long as you have your own high speed internet..
• Our ideal candidate is someone with curriculum development experience, with the technical knowledge to revamp the execution of our material through various channels.

How you'll make an impact
• Learning Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments to identify training gaps and translate findings into scalable learning plans and curricula.
• Content Development: Design, develop, and maintain engaging online learning content that adapts to evolving business needs.
• Instructor-Led Training: Deliver captivating instructor-led training (ILT) sessions in live virtual and recorded formats to enhance learner understanding.
• Diverse Training Methods: Utilize recorded sessions, just-in-time documents, job aids, on-screen help, and other methods to offer varied learning options for end users.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to create tools and resources that support new processes and organizational changes.
• Change Management: Contribute to change management efforts by promoting skills-based learning and digital transformation initiatives.
• Event Coordination: Manage logistics for in-person and virtual learning events, including scheduling, materials preparation, and venue setup.

About You

Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in a learning and development or enablement role.
• Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic improvements.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience in documenting standard work processes.
• Familiarity with learning platforms or LMS/LXP tools.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and/or similar platforms.
• Experience in graphic design and visual storytelling.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
