The Enrollment Development Representative (EDR) has a passion for helping students find the right educational path. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service throughout the lead generation process.
EDRs must be motivated by goals and the opportunity to meet performance metrics, grow within the team, and advance financially. This position requires the ability to control the call in terms of both time spent on the phone and the outcome, including effective school matching.
The EDR focuses on strategic outbound outreach to prospective students, fostering engagement, and qualifying them as high-quality leads for our university partners. This role supports potential students through the early stages of the enrollment funnel and plays a critical role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

100% remote role open to candidates residing in: Arizona (AZ), Colorado (CO), Georgia (GA), Missouri (MO), Kansas (KS), or Florida (FL)
