We are looking for articulate, tech-savvy, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Live Chat Support Agents. In this fully remote position, you’ll assist customers via live chat — no phone calls required. Your role will involve providing product information, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth, helpful experience for every customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with product/service questions, order tracking, account issues, and basic troubleshooting
• Provide accurate, clear, and concise information to customers
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in internal systems
• Meet performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and chat handling volume
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Prior experience in customer support, preferably in live chat or email support (preferred but not required)
• Excellent written communication skills and strong grammar/spelling
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations at once
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Comfortable using chat platforms, CRMs, and other online support tools
• Fast and reliable internet connection with a quiet remote workspace
• Typing speed of at least 40+ WPM with high accuracy

Shift Availability
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Night Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on scheduling needs
