Description:
We’re building a viral Instagram ecosystem to grow LockedIn AI — a tool that helps job seekers land better jobs using AI. We already manage 3 fast-growing accounts, and we’re launching 5 more niche accounts focused on memes, job market news, creator content, and motivational career stories.
We’re hiring a full-time Content Researcher to fuel these pages with relevant content ideas.
You will:
Find job-related news, layoff reports, hiring trends, and AI job shifts
Source and purchase meme template packages or sound trends from sites like Gumroad, Etsy, or TikTok
Organize this content into our content pipeline so editors and writers can use it
Help us stay ahead of what’s trending in the job market, work culture, and AI careers
You do not need to edit videos or design graphics — just deliver raw material and ideas to the team clearly and consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
Track daily job market/tech/AI hiring news
Curate and summarize viral posts, videos, and memes from TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and LinkedIn
Discover new meme packages and audio trends we can use
Organize research in Google Sheets or Notion

Familiar with meme formats, viral story tropes, and TikTok/IG humor
Good written communication — can summarize ideas clearly
Comfortable using Notion or Google Sheets
⭐ Nice to Have:
Familiarity with AI tools, resume/interview trends, or work culture communities
Prior experience in content research, social media, or meme marketing
Can source viral sounds and “POV” trends quickly
⏰ Time Commitment:
Full-time preferred (30–40 hrs/week)
Long-term, ongoing work if successful
Budget:
Open to hourly or fixed monthly rate based on experience
Screening Question:
Find one recent job market stat, one meme, and one trending TikTok sound that would be useful for a job/career content page. Paste links or explain each in 1–2 sentences. Also start the chat with lockedin to prove you read this job post.
