We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Knowledge Management Specialist to support a dynamic Banking team. This individual will play a key role in organizing project artifacts, building scalable knowledge repositories, and streamlining collaboration across departments using tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, and Power BI.

The ideal candidate is not only technically proficient but also design-minded, documentation-savvy, and thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. This is a great opportunity to help build the internal infrastructure that supports innovation and transparency at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build, maintain, and improve knowledge repositories and internal documentation sites using Confluence and SharePoint.
• Organize and centralize project artifacts, standard operating procedures, and cross-team documentation.
• Design and manage document libraries, templates, and content structures for ease of navigation and access.
• Collaborate with project managers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and up-to-date.
• Use Power BI to assist with the creation of visual dashboards and reports that help stakeholders monitor project performance and team metrics.
• Identify gaps in documentation or knowledge sharing and propose scalable, sustainable solutions.
• Promote documentation best practices and drive adoption of knowledge-sharing tools across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, particularly in relation to data handling and financial services standards.

Required Skills & Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in knowledge management, information design, or project documentation in a corporate or tech setting.
• Proficient in Confluence, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Strong documentation and content organization skills with attention to structure, usability, and version control.
• Demonstrated ability to design, edit, and maintain digital knowledge bases or intranet pages.
• Experience working with cross-functional project teams in Fintech, SaaS, or regulated industries.
• Exceptional written communication, formatting, and editing abilities.
• Highly self-motivated and resourceful, with a proactive attitude toward solving problems and improving workflows.

Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with Agile environments or project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Understanding of compliance requirements related to documentation or data governance.
• Experience creating process flows, diagrams, or visual documentation using Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro.
