Your Job Responsibilities:
• Manage multi-discipline team members including MEP, architecture, structural and civil design.
• Manage day-to-day client interaction, set and manage client expectations.
• Work with team members to ensure project meets the client goals.
• Verification of quality control process.
• Arrange for the engagement of specialty or other discipline resources needed for projects
• Track invoicing to assure billings are timely and properly prepared and procedures conform to the terms of the Agreement.
Requirements
Your Requirements and Qualifications:
• Registration as a Professional Engineer or Architect or ability and determination to become licensed.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, from four-year college or university.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in Engineering or Construction Management which may be related to a specific engineering discipline such as commercial, industrial, or institutional buildings.
• Must be available to travel occasionally.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Requires the ability to pass background checks or security screenings as required by our clients.
• Must be able to meet the Covid-19 vaccination requirement for federal contractors.
Salary will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
Expected salary: $80000 - 110000 per year
