Job Title: Remote Dispatcher & Scheduler (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,500 USD/month + up to $200/month for successfully achieving overall revenue goals for the business

Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday from 8:00am - 6:00pm Mountain Time with occasional overtime on workdays and possible extra days as needed and if willing

Job Overview

Our client is a premium mobile pet grooming service servicing the Central Denver, CO area and they are looking to add an energetic, results-oriented individual to their sales & customer service team! The role supports the customers, groomers in the field, scheduling efficient routes and groom durations to optimize a groomer’s workday and deliver a high customer satisfaction level.

Responsibilities:
• Promptly and professionally answer all incoming calls, return voicemails, texts and email correspondence. This includes accurate and professional handling of customer questions and concerns and resolution within one’s scope.
• Maintain various customer and business systems with complete and real-time information to ensure we document all key information for every lead and account
• Inform customers on the services and prices our company provides, especially as applicable to their breeds and their pet’s needs and health. Make appropriate recommendations including upselling added services to enhance pet health and the growth of the business.
• Accurately capture all required information to set up an appointment for the customer and record all key information in our customer and management systems including credit cards on file when booking all appointments.
• Maintain fully-booked groomer schedules to achieve business goals by creating/rescheduling/canceling appointments in collaboration with groomers and management.
• Proactively brief groomers about their daily schedule, highlighting unusual circumstances and situations they may encounter.
• Respond to calls/texts from groomers in the field and customers in real-time, regarding customer and pet issues. This requires the ability to multi-task by setting priorities with often competing or complex challenges.
• Review the schedule at the end of the day to ensure all appointments are updated and completed in our systems verifying charges, payments, notes and other documents. Call all customers for the day to obtain client feedback and solicit recurring booking schedule and strong Google reviews.
• Take credit card payments over the phone, especially when groomers are outside of cell service.
• Run and analyze reports to assist in gaining and improving client & groomer retention.
• Keep management and other dispatchers informed of any issues, actions, or problems.
• Proactively suggest improvement ideas to continually improve the business.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain and appropriately sell services and sell to new and existing customers for additional bookings.
• 2+ years of customer service and sales or relevant experience.
• Must be very reliable, organized, detail oriented, flexible, empathetic, polite, a team player, professional, and have exceptional listening skills.
• The ideal candidate is naturally sociable with great customer service and sales skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple calls or issues at the same time.
• Positive attitude and a team player who likes feedback– we thrive on good vibes and supporting each other!
• Being a dog & cat lover is definitely a plus!
