Remote Scrum Master

A company is looking for a Remote Scrum Master to support projects within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Key Responsibilities Own the vision and roadmap of the solution, participating in release planning and product development cycles Develop detailed product stories and manage customer needs while prioritizing requirements Guide and coach the Scrum Team and organization on Agile / Scrum best practices and remove impediments Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 8 years of equivalent work experience; additional relevant experience may substitute for education Agile certification(s) such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Experience with Atlassian JIRA Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate with executive-level customers
