About the position
Responsibilities
• Assemble product components with precision, using advanced tooling and equipment.
• Read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics to execute high-quality assembly.
• Read and follow written and/or visual production procedures.
• Perform inspections to ensure parts and final products meet tolerance specifications and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and/or electrical issues during and after assembly.
• Recognize and communicate problems to help identify cause and corrective actions.
• Perform some packaging/crating of specialized equipment.
• Keep a clean, organized workspace, contributing to our safety and quality culture.
Requirements
• Skilled in using basic hand tools and electrical tools relevant to the assembly process.
• Proficient in assembly functions, including part preparation, mechanical installation, and quality inspection.
• Competent in interpreting mechanical assembly drawings and electrical schematics.
• Able to diagnose and resolve common mechanical or electrical issues encountered during assembly.
• Comfortable handling and assembling parts and tools of varying sizes.
• Competence in fundamental math and clear written communication.
• A collaborative spirit and positive contribution to a team environment.
• A strong commitment to ethical standards, quality, and dependability.
• Willingness to work overtime and on weekends when needed.
• Ability to perform tasks with precision and maintain a well-organized workspace.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs and able to stand for extended periods of time.
• US Citizenship is required.
