As a M365 Cloud Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of O365 / Office Apps initiatives. This is a 100% work-from-home opportunity but some travel may be required.
Requirements
• Expertise in O365 Office Apps including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, in a support or consulting role.
• Experience with Microsoft Office deployment and management with SCCM.
• Experience with Office deployment on macOS using AppStore or MDM.
• Support with Intune/MECM/SCCM Deployments and Modern Management of Applications.
• Advanced/expert level administration and troubleshooting of the O365 Suite.
• 5 years of experience in software support, secure infrastructure, IT consulting, or related fields.
• 5 years of experience working with enterprise customers in technical readiness, delivery support services, on-premises and remote technical support, solution development, account management, technical requirements gathering, and broad evangelism through events.
• Experience with Group Policy Management, Intune Policy Management, and Cloud Policy Management.
• Understanding of ITIL/Service Management, PROSCI, Six Sigma, or other project management methodologies.
• Risk analysis and remediation planning.
• BA/BS degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience preferred.
