The Opportunity:

Your role at Sephora...

As the Manager, Broadcast Orchestration, you will partner closely with the Senior Manager, Marketing Orchestration to cultivate creativity and innovation while standing up a centralized multi-channel segmentation and batch-and-blast campaign operation team supporting core channels like E-Mail, Mobile, Site, and Paid Media within Sephora's growing Personalization ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of our marketing technology stack and the data architecture powering it. You will be hands-on, splitting your time between overseeing your team's workload and being their experienced guide in unblocking technical and logistical issues. Success requires a collaborative leader with a strong background in Marketing stakeholder management who can partner closely with technical teams to actualize a fast-paced operation working on a weekly calendar. You will partner with cross-functional teams, including CRM & Personalization Strategy & Analytics, Marketing Channels (Retention, Media, and Dotcom), Product Management, Engineering, Marketing Effectiveness, and Data Science, to support highly personalized and effective multichannel marketing campaigns and journeys.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage 2+ member team
• Work with your manager to put in place a clear process and SLAs to deliver scaled, centralized multi-channel orchestration of weekly campaigns supporting marketing teams while keeping in mind channels' specificities.
• Build team in an agency model, including clear processes and SLAs for your team to enable weekly support of campaign deployments.
• Establish trusting, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders (Retention, Media, Dotcom, CRM & Personalization Strategy)
• Keep pace with the changing business needs and strategies of stakeholders to fully understand the scope and requirements and provide guidance and context setting to your team.
• Foster strong collaboration with tech partners to help optimize toolsets, data requirements, and advocate for the needs of your team to unblock headwinds.
• Coach a high-performing, collaborative team that is marketing and business savvy, able to translate marketing teams' asks into clear audiences and execute multi-channel campaigns based on data and MarTech expertise.
• Be the driver of change and innovation for your team, challenging them to be at the forefront of MarTech enablement and, in time, recommend audience or orchestration optimizations to Marketing partners.
• Drive client-first thinking with your team to ensure campaign execution keeps in mind the omni-channel experience of our clients and evangelize this thinking with our business stakeholders when possible.
• Work with Data Science Management, Marketing Effectiveness, and CRM & Personalization Analytics to have a cohesive understanding of client-first data, insights, and behavior to enable new opportunities within centralized Orchestration enablement.

• 4-6+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on audience-first strategy.
• 5+ years of working with cross-functional partners and building long lasting collaborative relationships.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams dealing with complex, innovative work and/or standing up a new team and function.
• Exceptional problem solving and analytic skills, married with a collaborative approach - you work with stakeholders to find solutions that are satisfactory to all involved.
• Strategic vision and having the operational know-how to influence overall roadmap, goals, and tactical activation with multiple partners.
• Comfort with ambiguity and adaptive, enjoying an ever-changing, dynamic work environment
• Experience navigating in a highly cross-functional or matrixed organization with a high degree of collaboration

The annual base salary range for this position is $125,000.00 - $143,000.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
