Established since 1991, Dunbar, Bender & Zapf, Inc. is a TPA firm located in Green Tree, just outside of downtown Pittsburgh providing recordkeeping, administration and actuarial services for their clients' retirement plans. Our firm is seeking a senior level defined contribution administrator to provide full-service plan administration to a designated block of clients, in a team environment. – this includes gathering and analyzing data to determine eligibility for participation and contributions, performing discrimination testing, preparing government filings, reviewing distributions and loans and other withdrawal options, identifying and providing corrections for any plan errors through review of the plan document or research of governmental regulations and communicating directly with clients.
This is a remote position for a qualified individual who exhibits self-discipline, strong communication skills, excellent organization and the ability to function with in a team. We are looking for:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in defined contribution administrationASPPA designation FTWilliam experience and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsGeneral knowledge of data analytics, statistics and advanced mathematical calculation techniques as may be obtained with a 4-year degree in Mathematics, Business or related technical field. Additional demonstrated experience may be substituted for education.Good verbal and written communication skillsTime management and multi-tasking abilities
