The Employee Relations Generalist, Retail, is a remote position responsible for conducting investigations, handling workplace disputes, and providing subject matter expertise for employee concerns in 2 Retail Regions.
Requirements
• 3+ years experience in ER, HR or related field (including retail leadership)
• 2+ years experience handling workplace investigations
• 3+ years experience with employee conduct and performance management
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Skilled in Problem-solving, mediation and conflict resolution
• Interpersonal and relationship building strength
