About the position
Responsibilities
• Provide remote technical support to clients via phone and remote access tools
• Travel to client sites to troubleshoot and resolve computer issues
• Install and configure hardware and software
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all work performed in our ticketing system
• Learn and develop new technical skills through ongoing training
Requirements
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license, car, and insurance
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Basic Microsoft Windows and/or Macintosh skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to learn new technical skills quickly
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Detail-oriented and organized
Nice-to-haves
• Prior experience working with customers over the phone
• Some experience with computer hardware and software troubleshooting
