OVERVIEW:
Page Street Publishing Co., distributed by Macmillan, is seeking a motivated, digitally savvy, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing marketing team. This entry-level role will support Page Street’s digital presence across platforms and help expand the visibility of our titles through targeted digital advertising, social media content creation, and influencer engagement. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, data-minded, and eager to learn the ins and outs of book publishing and digital marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Uploading and managing digital galleys and approvals on NetGalley
• Creating visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics for Instagram and scheduling posts across all Page Street Instagram accounts
• Monitoring social media for mentions and trends related to top-performing titles and authors
• Creating and uploading Amazon A+ content (product pages, enhanced content modules)
• Build and update Edelweiss+ content including banners, pop culture charts, and praise graphics
• Managing and optimizing Amazon ad campaigns, including daily performance tracking and budget oversight
• Updating internal influencer outreach sheets and tracking influencer engagement and responses
• Collaborating with marketing and publicity teams to support campaign execution across digital platforms
• Working with the design team to develop assets needed for digital promotions
• Providing administrative and project support as needed for digital and social initiatives
• Coordinating, attending, documenting author meetings as well as attending staff meetings.
• Creating shipping labels and assisting with mailings
• Assist with Kids/YA and Horror award outreach and submissions
