What You’ll Do
• Help source and refer candidates based on job criteria we provide
• Use your network, outreach skills, or sourcing tools to identify great talent
• Work asynchronously — no fixed hours or meetings
• Receive payment for each qualified lead that passes an internal review
• Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent referrals
• Strong LinkedIn network OR access to high-quality talent pools
• Familiar with the job market in LATAM, Africa, or Europe
• Reliable, responsive, and results-driven
