About the position

Responsibilities
• Regularly communicate with brands, Retail, Digital Merchant, and Social Media partners on key brand and product launches, business updates, and other business-related issues.
• Follow up with brands on assets, product details, social media details, product gathering, 360 plan participation, brand calendar activation details, and miscellaneous questions/issues.
• Assist in sourcing and managing Beauty Insider Loyalty Program sampling plans by brand, including sample sourcing and recommending optimal periods for exposures.
• Ensure brand relationships are top-notch, collaborative, and adaptable to each brand's nuances.

Requirements
• 2-4 years of Agency or marketing experience in a fast-paced work environment (previous retail or beauty experience preferred).
• 1-2 years of Digital/social media experience is required.
• Four-year college degree, preferably in Business Management or Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, approachable, positive, and flexible.
• Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with internal and external parties.
• Self-starter with a high degree of initiative and independence.
• Strong client service acumen.
• Critical attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Box and Smartsheets is a plus.
