Compensation: 800 to 1000 USD/month plus bonuses

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Guest Service and Operations Specialist to oversee our daily operations in the short-term apartment rental and hotel management sector. This critical role focuses on maintaining high-quality guest interactions and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hotel and Platform Management: Efficiently manage operations on hotel management platforms and OTA platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.

- Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries and requests via our Property Management System (PMS) and unified chat systems to maintain high guest satisfaction. Monitor and interact with guests through AI Chat, ensuring rapid response times and effective communication.

- Operational Tasks: Check arrivals and departures, verify payments, and manage room allocations in our PMS.

Perform room changes and use internal notes to keep the team informed. Create and follow up on maintenance and housekeeping tasks.

- Guest Reviews & Satisfaction: Encourage guests to leave positive reviews on platforms such as Booking.com and Google following satisfactory interactions.

- Issue and Team Coordination: Coordinate with hotel staff to resolve guest issues. Support guest needs, such as room changes.

Manage communication within team chats, escalate issues requiring physical presence or financial decisions to the hostz team.

- Handover Sheet: Document all incidents and issues during shifts, ensuring seamless handovers to incoming team members.

Skills and Experience;

- Proven experience in hospitality management, particularly with OTAs, PMS, and guest communication platforms.

- 3+ years of hotel industry experience

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive guest interactions.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Preferred but not mandatory experience working remotely

- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Must have perfect grammar in English.

- Passionate for guest service

Technical Requirements

- A stable internet connection with a fast speed

- A fast computer with at least 8 GB of RAM

- Electrical outage protection system

Availability

- Available to work in rotational shifts of 10 hours per day (1 hour of lunch included), 5 times per week, we work 24/7.
