Creative Director for Facebook Ads Marketing Team

We’re a performance marketing company running high-volume Facebook and TikTok ad campaigns for offers in the ecom and lead-gen space. We’re looking for a Creative Director who can own the creative pipeline from concept to launch — managing editors, generating scroll-stopping ad ideas, and iterating on winners fast.
This is not a generic “branding” role. We want someone who lives and breathes direct response and understands how to produce creatives that scale profitably.
Responsibilities:
Create detailed creative briefs for editors with clear hooks and formats.
Generate image ads using Sora and other AI tools.
Script and brief UGC ads; coordinate with UGC creators.
Write high-converting scripts and ad copy.
Analyze creative performance daily, identify winners/losers, and brief rapid iterations.
Maintain a clean asset library and naming conventions.
Manage and give feedback to 3+ video editors.
Work closely with media buying team to align creative testing roadmap with scaling strategy.
Requirements:
Proven track record producing winning ads for Facebook/TikTok (show examples).
Strong grasp of direct response principles — hooks, angles, CTAs, scroll-stoppers.
Experience managing multiple editors and a fast-paced creative pipeline.
Comfortable with AI tools (Sora, CapCut.AI, ChatGPT) and basic design/video editing workflows.
Organized, detail-oriented, and fast — can turn ideas into launched creatives within 24 hours.
Solid understanding of ad platform policies to minimize disapprovals.
Performance Expectations:
Output: 10+ new concepts/day (static, video, UGC briefs).
Iterations on winners launched within 24 hours of results.
