About the position
Responsibilities
• Create compelling visualizations using Power BI, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Office 365 to empower stakeholders.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of visualizations from concept to implementation, ensuring data accuracy and refining user interfaces.
• Contribute to standardizing data definitions, processes, and user interfaces to enhance consistency across the organization.
• Design and optimize data pipelines in collaboration with financial data engineers, gathering datasets and documenting visualization requirements.
• Partner with finance business analysts to extract meaningful insights from financial statistics, healthcare, and labor data.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, seeking input and feedback to improve visualizations.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Five years of relevant technical or business work experience.
• Proficiency in data modeling and industry-standard BI tools.
• Experience with data analysis, particularly using Power BI, DAX, and PowerQuery.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python for data management.
Nice-to-haves
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Graphic Design, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Certifications in Microsoft, Business Intelligence (BI), and/or Databricks.
• Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate certification.
• Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification.
