• Arranging new account setups and frequency changes.
• Reading contracts and configuring pricing increases and monthly fees.
• Auditing invoices and following up with customers to verify sales and contractual details.
Requirements
• Must have attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Strong time management skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and advanced data analysis.
• Experience in customer service is preferred but not necessary; project experience can be considered.
