About the position
Responsibilities
• Prepare for all brand meetings by scheduling, preparing reports and agendas, and ordering lunches.
• Conduct weekly and monthly reports including SKU, location, collection, and subclass.
• Send out vendor monthly reports and ad-hoc reports for the merchant team.
• Communicate consistently with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage SKU creation and maintenance, and track artwork deadlines.
• Oversee the collection and organization of product samples, including requesting and managing comps from vendors.
• Handle monthly vendor damage and tester recovery, tester allocation requests, and running tester reports.
• Manage hotline online.
Requirements
• 1-3 years of relevant professional corporate experience, preferably in retail or merchandising.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks consistently and accurately.
• Ability to manage ambiguity with projects and processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced and often-changing environment.
