About the position

Responsibilities
• Answer customer inquiries and provide solutions to enhance their banking experience.
• Educate customers on a wide range of banking products and services.
• Implement core values in every customer interaction to build strong relationships.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve banking knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass assessments associated with the position.
• Completion of three weeks of instructor-led training and two weeks of on-the-job training.

Nice-to-haves
• One year of customer service or production experience preferred.
• Retail experience is strongly preferred.
• A history of customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• Some college education is preferred.
